Injections
Delivers hormones directly into the body via a needle, typically into a muscle (intramuscular) or under the skin (subcutaneous). This method is used to treat hormonal imbalances and alleviate symptoms related to menopause, low testosterone, or other conditions.
Pellets
Simple procedure (10-15 minutes) to insert small, rice-sized pellets containing bioidentical hormones, typically estrogen or testosterone, that are implanted under the skin to release hormones slowly over several months. This method offers a convenient way to manage hormone therapy.
Insurance
Some insurance plans may cover the cost of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Although we offer medications at our office at discounted prices for your convenience, we can also send any necessary medications to the pharmacy for insurance to possibly cover them.
